There's no better time than Earth Day to catch our breath and meditate on the world of possibilities for entrepreneurs. We're all on this planet together, except for the Artemis astronauts for a while. Oh, and maybe some people on the ISS. Okay, well people on airplanes aren't exactly on the planet, but they're still pretty much here, too. Hopefully they're going places to do good and offset the carbon footprint of their travels.
Deep introspection can unearth the meaning of being an entrepreneur. It's originally from two French words "entre preneur" literally meaning to take something and move it between two places. It's not about creating something new, that's just a new meaning someone created. Well, that's not the same as creating a thing, that's creating an idea. That's what entrepreneurs do except when they're not creating new ideas, they're just undercutting the pricing on someone else's idea... or stealing an idea. That's sort of the original definition of taking someone's idea and moving into your own mind as your idea.
Anyway, Earth Day is about finding your highest, best purpose in the world. It's kind of like someone took the idea of 04/20 and re-branded by moving it to a less obvious day. It's all in the spirit of entrepreneurship!
You can find more meditations just like this in my upcoming book on Entrepreneurial Breathing.
Yes, today is a great day to think about the earth... and owning a piece of it! There's never been a better time than right now to buy real estate. Interest Rates are higher than 4.20 and housing prices are peaking, but the earth is forever. Don't be left in the dust. It's easier to hug trees if you own them.
Sorry, Faye I missed Earth Day because I was vibe coding my next sick app. I'm already up to 1500 users $20K MRR, and negotiating the rights to a Netflix documentary about my success. I have no time for social media and just came here to inspire others. No need to respond.
